Natalie E. Olague

Natalie E. Olague is a project coordinator and a Project GLAD® (Guided Language Acquisition Design) Trainer at Dual Language Education of New Mexico (dlenm.org), where she designs and leads professional learning for dual language educators. She has coordinated and developed Dual Language Program Leadership Retreats and customized follow-up, and CLAVES™ (Contextualized Learning for Access, Validation, Equity and Success) and Project GLAD® trainings in New Mexico and throughout the nation. She is a co-author of the Guiding Principles for Dual Language Education and The Dual Language Program Planner. Previously, she has worked as a dual language teacher and instructional coach in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
